Fleet Appearance Solutions was created around a practical problem: commercial fleets need accountable service coordination, but the work becomes harder to manage as vehicles, schedules, locations, and providers multiply.
Why FAS started
The difficult part was never one vehicle. It was keeping the whole service process connected.
Through six years of fleet-washing field work, Nic saw how turnover, reassignment, scheduled maintenance, and location changes could create unclear responsibility. The service itself mattered, but so did defining the scope, protecting vehicle availability, confirming completion, and knowing which fleet unit had been serviced.
FAS was built to handle that coordination through one accountable relationship. The company organizes the service plan, location-level work, scheduling expectations, completion review, and vehicle-level service record.
