Privacy, plainly stated.
Fleet Appearance Solutions collects only the information needed to respond to requests, coordinate fleet service, evaluate service-partner applications, and operate the FAS platform.
Information FAS collects
Depending on how you use the site, FAS may collect your name, company, phone number, email address, fleet size, service location, vehicle availability, preferred service days, requested service, feedback, partner-application information, and work-order details.
FAS does not ask for payment-card information, Social Security numbers, or personal financial information through the public website.
How the information is used
FAS uses submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service fit, prepare and coordinate work, communicate about requests, manage service-partner relationships, document completion, review feedback, and improve operations.
Submitting a form does not create a service agreement. FAS may contact you using the method you selected in the form.
When information is shared
FAS may share the minimum service information needed with an approved service partner assigned to complete work. FAS may also use vendors that provide website hosting, database storage, authentication, and email delivery.
FAS does not sell personal information. Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect the platform, or address fraud, safety, or security concerns.
Retention and security
FAS keeps operational records for legitimate business, customer-service, legal, and recordkeeping needs. Access to private portal information is limited by role, and FAS uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information collected.
No internet system can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not submit sensitive financial, medical, or identity information through FAS forms.
Your choices
You may contact FAS to ask about information you submitted or request that inaccurate information be corrected. You may also ask FAS to delete information when it is no longer required for an active service relationship, operational record, or legal obligation.
Updates and questions
This notice may be updated as the FAS platform, service area, or vendor relationships change. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
