How FAS Works

From service request. To recorded completion.

FAS keeps the scope, schedule, field work, completion information, and vehicle service history connected through one accountable process.

Fleet service request

Tell us about your fleet.

Share a few details and we’ll follow up to discuss the right service plan for your operation.

Does this request include additional locations?
Add scheduling detailsOptional
Preferred contact method

Email is used unless you select another preference.

Requested service path

If you are unsure, FAS will help determine the right scope.

Preferred service days

Select any days that usually work for your fleet.

What happens after you send this?

FAS reviews the fleet, location, timing, and requested scope, then typically responds within a few business days to confirm fit and discuss a service plan. Submitting this form does not schedule service or create a service agreement.

Your request will be saved directly to FAS. Your preference above tells us how to follow up.

The customer journey

Four steps, with the operating details connected.

The customer experience remains simple while FAS organizes the work needed to move from request to documented closeout.

01

Share the vehicles, locations, and need

The customer provides the fleet size, primary location, vehicle availability, requested service, and any known operating constraints.

  • Fleet and vehicle count
  • Included locations
  • Preferred timing and access
  • Requested scope or service goal
02

Confirm the service plan

FAS confirms fit, service availability, scope, schedule, and price before anything is placed on the calendar.

  • Each location organized separately
  • Inclusions and exclusions defined
  • Service windows confirmed
  • Customer expectations documented
03

Complete the agreed service

The service scope and timing are communicated for the included vehicles and locations, then the field work is completed within the agreed window.

  • Vehicle list connected to the location
  • Scope communicated before work
  • Completion information submitted
  • Exceptions identified when they occur
04

Verify and record completion

FAS reviews the completion information, coordinates issues or exceptions, and connects the completed service to the fleet unit number.

  • Completion reviewed by FAS
  • Issues managed before closeout
  • Date and completion time recorded
  • Vehicle-level history updated

Vehicle-level documentation

A simple history tied to the fleet unit number.

After completion review, FAS records the service type, date, completion time, and final status against the fleet unit. That makes it easier to confirm completed work and reference previous service without treating the record like a complicated software dashboard.

The operating outcome

One request. One coordinated plan. A standard you can verify.

Clean, prepared vehicles should not depend on which location, manager, or service provider handled the request. FAS connects the scope, schedule, field work, and completion record through one accountable process.

  • Defined scope
  • Location-level scheduling
  • Completion review
  • Issue and exception visibility

Start the process

Send the vehicles, locations, and service need.

FAS will review the details and follow up to confirm fit, service availability, scope, schedule, and price.
