What are you requesting?

Recurring maintenance always begins with an initial interior reset.

What happens after you send this?

FAS reviews the fleet, location, timing, and requested scope, then typically responds within a few business days to confirm fit and discuss a service plan. Submitting this form does not schedule service or create a service agreement.

Fleet interior services

Two service paths. One clearly defined scope.

Choose a one-time reset or recurring maintenance. FAS confirms the vehicles, priorities, access, and timing before anything is scheduled.

01 / Turnover reset

A clean starting point.

For driver changes, reassignment, returning a vehicle to service, or any vehicle that needs a more thorough interior cleaning.

  • Debris removal and thorough vacuuming
  • Dash, console, doors, seats, and floors
  • Interior glass and visible condition notes
02 / Scheduled maintenance

Consistent care after the reset.

Every recurring plan begins with an initial reset, followed by monthly, every two months, or quarterly maintenance.

  • Routine vacuuming and surface cleaning
  • High-touch driver and passenger areas
  • Interior glass and issue visibility

The driver and passenger compartment is the primary focus. Cargo areas, specialty equipment, stain treatment, and unusual conditions are included only when specifically agreed upon.

Can I request a one-time service?

Yes. FAS can coordinate a one-time interior reset or discuss a recurring monthly, every two months, or quarterly maintenance plan.

Where is the service completed?

FAS confirms whether service can be completed at your operating location or another agreed staging area before anything is scheduled.

How is pricing determined?

Pricing is based on vehicle type, interior condition, quantity, service frequency, location, and the final scope. Those details are confirmed before work begins.

How long will the vehicles be unavailable?

Timing depends on condition, vehicle type, access, and batch size. The service plan defines the expected window so your team can protect uptime.

Do you service every part of the vehicle interior?

The driver and passenger compartment is the primary focus. Any cargo, specialty, or additional areas are discussed and included only when they are part of the agreed scope.

Where is FAS currently available?

FAS is currently developing focused fleet partnerships in West Michigan and will expand carefully as qualified service capacity is established.
